THE KAIGHN REPORT
|
The
Middle
Township Middle School offers numerous extracurricular clubs,
activities and sports for our students. The School Counseling Department recommends students get involved in
one or more of the activities offered during the school year as a way to feel connected to the school community. Click here for a list of
Athletics and
Club Activities offered at the Middle School.
VACATIONS If you are planning a vacation that will result in your child missing school, please inform the guidance department in writing at least two weeks in advance. A Leave of Absence Form will be provided and students are responsible to meet with teachers to receive assignments, prior to leaving, according to instructions on the Leave of Absence Form. ILLNESS If a student is absent from school for more than one day, the parent or guardian should call the Guidance Office to request assignments. The request should be made 24 hours in advance in order to give teachers time to compile assignments. Parents can pick up work on the front counter in the office until 4:00PM.
